The purpose of this disclaimer is to provide clarity about who I am, how I work, and the boundaries of my professional scope. I believe in being open and straightforward with everyone who visits my site or engages with my content. 🌿

2️⃣ Professional Qualifications & Memberships

Over the years, I have attained multiple qualifications and memberships from recognised accounting / professional bodies. However, most of these memberships are no longer active — mainly due to membership cost and my focus on knowledge sharing instead of practising under a licensed firm.

📌 I wish to clarify that I was previously registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), and there were compound and disciplinary actions taken against me — mainly due to advertising and misunderstandings. This experience taught me the importance of transparency and clear communication.

I am not a licensed company secretary under SSM, but I have many good friends and partners in the industry, such as Boss Boleh, Xiao Seed, and YS Lim & Co., whom I respect and occasionally exchange professional ideas with. 🤝

3️⃣ Nature of My Work & How I Operate

🌐 In this digital era, the way I connect with clients has evolved — I primarily use social media platforms and SEO-based articles to share knowledge and insights.

Those who know me personally or have engaged my services understand that my service scope is limited and I operate independently.

I am not affiliated with any licensed auditors, tax agents, or company secretarial firms, nor do I act as a subcontractor under any of them. Everything is handled by myself, from communication to delivery.

💡 My main focus is on Bukku Cloud Accounting and guiding a small, close-knit team of young staff who share my values and enthusiasm.

I’m not profit-driven or focused on expansion — I simply seek a quiet and meaningful life, serving a group of clients who truly appreciate what I do. 🌸

4️⃣ Independence & Family Relationship Clarification

For transparency, I wish to state that my younger brother is a licensed auditor and tax agent under LTL & Co.. Although we are siblings, our client bases are completely different, and our operations are entirely independent.

There is no client sharing, collaboration, or subcontracting relationship between us. ⚖️

Therefore, you might find several LTT business addresses on Google Search, all representing our flexible setup designed for accessibility — not multiple entities or franchises.
