I have been self-employed since 2011, running my own accounting, & related business for over 15 years.  I am a self-employed accounting related business owner currently specialises in Bukku Cloud Accounting that primarily serves Micro Enterprises (mainly Sole-Proprietor / Partnership) and currently operates as LTT Outsourced CFO Sdn. Bhd..

I began my accounting career in 2004 as an Audit Assistant in Johor Bahru, and worked for a few other accounting firms including KPMG, Deloitte, BDO, & corporate for a total of six years before I took the entrepreneurial route and became self-employed, founding LTT & Co. (NF 1079), which later evolved into LTT (NF 1218), and currently operates as LTT Outsourced CFO Sdn. Bhd..

LTT was primarily headquartered in Johor Bahru until early 2025.  The current entity, LTT Outsourced CFO Sdn. Bhd., opened its second office in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur in 2023.  In February 2025, operations were fully relocated to KL Selangor area.

I had deep involvement in the Anti-Money Laundering of Money Services Business in Malaysia, and I have approximately 21 years of mixed professional experience since 2004.

My specialisation, and past experience are mainly in Documents Management, Financial Reporting, Internal Audit, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance, Database & Data Visualisation using Microsoft Power BI, Cloud Accounting, & personal income tax.

I have been actively using cloud applications since 2013, Bukku Cloud Accounting, Talenox Payroll, Justlogin, HReasily, Microsoft Office 365, Dropbox, Google Drive, Lark, Zoho, Adobe, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Hubdoc, Receipt Bank, & etc.

I have been practising on my own since early 2011.  In the earlier 3 years from 2011 to 2013, I owned a general accounting practice, LTT & Co. (NF 1079) while also have interest in another Tax Consulting Firm, Mizulu Tax Consultants Sdn. Bhd..

The primary services that I offered and was performing in LTT & Co., including internal audit, quarterly financial reporting to a listed company, company secretarial services, & accounting for Micro Enterprises.

I have some experience staying in Vietnam for about 9 months from July 2013 to March 2014 with 3 months’ full-time working experience with The Grand Ho Tram Strip on Internal Auditing.

In 2018, through my active involvement in the Cloud Accounting activities in Singapore, I had formed LTT Financial Consultants Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, and was appointed as the Cloud Evangelist of Sage Business Cloud Accounting.

I was also quite involved with Investment Bankers, Accountants, and Lawyers in Taiwan due to my earlier involvement in proposed IPO / secondary listing activities in Taiwan, and had organised 2 seminars on this topic.

I was the internal auditor and a Committee Member with Johor Bahru Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry from 2012 to 2018.

I was a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) 2009, and attained fellowship of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 2013, full membership in 2008, among several other professional bodies.

I was a MBA student with Sunway University Business School from 2017 to 2018, and was a candidate of CFA Level 2 (Chartered Financial Analyst), passed Level 1 examination of December 2016.  I had attended weekend classes in both Sunway University Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and SMU University Singapore (by AB Maximus).

I also hold an Advanced Diploma, “ICA International Advanced Certificate in Anti Money Laundering” awarded by International Compliance Association, and I was an Affiliate Member of Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers.

I am a Digital Marketing Professional completed a 90 days program on Digital Marketing & building of websites in 2019.  From 2016 to 2018, I have also completed 2 semesters of Diploma in IT studies with Cosmopoint College Johor Bahru.  My other interest other than Accounting and Finance, are Computers / Information Technology, and Legal Studies.  I had some experience studying IT (at certificate level with Informatics JB), and was a student with University of London on LLB (but never attempted any exam).
